BMW M3 E30 Spa 24h Winner 1988 This detailed kit carefully duplicates the M3 (E30)'s shape, including its characteristic front and rear blister fenders, rear wing, and front spoiler. Decals are included for cars number 56 and 57. Developed by BMW according to Group A regulations, and participated in Division 2, for 1.6 to 2.5-liter cars. Nearly 20 cars competed in the 24-Hour Spa race held in July 1988; car number 56 from the BMW Works team and BMW Motorsport Team won in spectacular fashion, driven by Dieter Kester, Altfrid Heger and Roberto Lavalier. The body uses blister fenders on front and rear, and its aerodynamic performance is improved by installing large wings on the rear. The engine is equipped with a 2.3-liter in-line 4-cylinder DOHC.
